Culture Club Academy is a ten-month long leadership experience designed for individuals who want to communicate better, build stronger relationships, lead with confidence, and create spaces people actually enjoy being part of.
This isn't another lecture, webinar, or certification you'll forget by next month. It's a cohort of motivated people committed to learning together through meaningful conversations, practical tools, real-world challenges, and honest reflection. Every month you'll leave with new skills you can immediately apply at work, at home, and in your community.
Culture Club Academy is open to anyone with a genuine desire to learn and grow. We care far more about your curiosity, humility, and willingness to try new things than your job title or leadership experience. Whether you lead a team, a project, or simply yourself, if you're ready to challenge your thinking, embrace new perspectives, and invest in your own growth, you'll fit right in.

What You’ll Learn

Your Enrollment Includes
10 Interactive Sessions
Participate in ten interactive, 90-minute sessions throughout the Academy year focused on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and building exceptional workplace cultures. Each in-person session blends practical tools, meaningful conversations, and real-world application to help you grow with confidence.
Orientation Kit
Kick off your Academy experience with a curated welcome kit filled with practical resources, exclusive Culture Club merchandise, and thoughtful tools you'll use throughout the year. It's our way of welcoming you to the Club from day one.
Pre-Session Preparation
We know your schedule is full, so preparation is designed to be meaningful, not overwhelming. Expect no more than 30 minutes of reading or a short video before each session, along with a few reflection questions to help you arrive ready to participate in the conversation.
Professional Headshots
Refresh your professional image with complimentary headshots included as part of your tuition. Whether you're updating LinkedIn, your company website, or personal branding, you'll leave with polished photos that reflect the leader you're becoming.
Cohort Membership
Become part of a carefully selected cohort of professionals who are committed to learning, supporting one another, and growing together. The relationships you build throughout the Academy often become just as valuable as the lessons themselves.
Faculty Office Hours
Receive two complimentary one-on-one coaching sessions with the Academy instructor. Whether you're navigating a workplace challenge, preparing for a difficult conversation, or seeking guidance, you'll have dedicated time to focus on your growth.
Executive Coaching Session
Enjoy a complimentary one-hour coaching session with one of our guest instructors focused on productivity, time management, and intentional priorities. You'll walk away with practical strategies to create more time for what matters most.
Leadership Field Experience
Put your new skills into practice through a special group experience outside of the classroom. This additional event is designed to strengthen relationships, encourage collaboration, and remind us that some of the best learning happens when we're simply having fun together.
Guest Speakers
Learn from accomplished leaders and subject matter experts who share their experiences, lessons learned, and practical insights. Each guest brings a unique perspective designed to challenge your thinking and inspire your leadership journey.
Curated Reading Library
Expand your learning beyond the classroom with a thoughtfully selected collection of books and resources. Choose one book that resonates most with you and continue developing your leadership skills throughout the year.
Graduation Certificate
Celebrate the dedication you've invested throughout the Academy with an official graduation certificate recognizing your achievement. And yes, there's a good chance we'll celebrate together with a graduation party!

Your Investment
Investing in your leadership is one of the most valuable decisions you can make, for your career, your team, and yourself.
Tuition for the 2026–2027 Culture Club Academy cohort is $1,500 and includes all ten interactive sessions, your orientation kit, professional headshots, executive coaching session, faculty office hours, alumni membership, and all Academy resources.
The Academy welcomes both self-funded and employer-sponsored participants. Many organizations invest in professional development and leadership training, making employer sponsorship a great option to explore.
We believe finances shouldn't stand in the way of personal and professional growth. Flexible payment plans and scholarships are available for those who need them.
Applicants accepted into the Academy will have until August 31, 2026, to submit their tuition payment in full or make their first payment under an approved payment plan.
